Protocol and Etiquette

What is acceptable business, social and cultural behaviour? Boardroom meetings, the business lunch, job interviews, formal functions and dinner dates are just a few occasions that require certain protocol and etiquette. This program will define and clarify acceptable behaviour in business and social situations, give you the confidence and skills to express your views, enhance your image and allow you to enjoy communicating at all social and organisational levels.

Image Alignment

The entities that we surround ourselves with effect the impression that we create and determine how we are perceived by others. Image Alignment is an analysis of places, people, possessions and professions that influence the non-verbal messages we convey. It is designed to align these entities with the messages you want to communicate about yourself, your purpose, the effect you wish to have on others and your ethics. Corporate Wardrobe

Delivering Image Mastery - Corporate Wardrobe program is a powerful workshop in which participants are invited to critique their corporate dress and discuss the non-verbal communications expressed through appearance. We consider the emotional reactions of colour and the benefits of co-ordination. It includes an illustrated study on body proportions in relation to clothing shapes and shopping make-overs. The segment on Professional Dress Code includes the selection and care of shoes, accessories statements, appropriate hair styles and professional make-up application. We will also work on a wardrobe plan that will save you time and money. Your Corporate Wardrobe in not a fashion whim, it's an investment in your future.

Grooming Principles

Personal Delivering Image Mastery Grooming Principles represent health and well being. Our attitudes towards our grooming is a reflection of how we feel about ourselves, the company we keep and the environment we live and work in. It is also an extremely sensitive and personal aspect of our image development. These consultations include constructive advice on hygiene, health and beauty and fashion trends that communicate social cause or personal success. They are delivered with a sensitivity towards self esteem, are completely confidential and cover a broad range of touchy issues.
